Can't access the site T_T

Hi people!.
Well, I'm having this issue since a long time. Sometimes when I try to access the site, I get the Server Not Found error in Firefox. The same goes with Internet Explorer. The only way I found to access it is through www.vtunnel.com.
It seems something is blocking the site in my computer but I don't know what it is.
Anyone with experience in this?. Has anyone experienced this issue?.

EDIT: Cleaned the Firefox history and cookies, then ran Argente Utilities, (One Click Maintenance and System Optimizer), went stairs down to eat a snack, and now its fixed).
Is happens from time to time, and it fixes alone, but its starting to annoy me.

GSHI has 40 domain-names, one of them should work, if not try reset or turn off the modem.

Sounds like something is effecting your Hosts file, I suggest you run

NOD32 - Best damn Anti-Virus ever don't let anyone tell you different.
Spybot - Search & Destroy - Get rid of that spyware, maintain your Host's file and BHO's.

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
CCLeaner
HiJackThis - Use this check what services / programs you have running use msconfig.exe and services.msc to stop anything that looks out of place.

I don't think is spyware related...I have my pc inmunized with Spybot SD, Spyware Blaster and Argente Utilities.
The Argente Utilities didn't find any spyware issue, but who knows.
I'm using Win 7 RC, and my antivirus is AVG Free, with link scanner and email scanner disabled.
NOD32 is very good, but they doesn't have a freeware version anymore.
I also have CCleaner installed ^^.
My hosts file is the one from mvps.org.
Maybe I need to use the domain name trick.
